Right to information: If the Data Controller processes your personal data, it must provide you with information — even without your request — about the main characteristics of the data processing, such as the purpose, legal basis, duration, the identity and contact details of the Data Controller and its representative, the recipients of the personal data (including details of safeguards in case of third country transfers), the legitimate interest involved (if applicable), and your rights and remedies.
Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether your personal data is being processed, and, if so, access to the personal data and information such as purposes, categories, recipients, duration, source, and your rights. Upon your request, the controller will provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. Additional copies may incur a reasonable fee. This must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data without undue delay where certain conditions apply. This includes cases where data is no longer needed, consent is withdrawn, processing is unlawful, or you object and there are no overriding legitimate grounds. It also applies when deletion is required by EU or Member State law or the data was collected in relation to information society services.
Right to restriction of processing: You may request restriction if (a) you contest the accuracy of the data (for the period of verification); (b) processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure; (c) the data is no longer needed but required for legal claims; or (d) you objected pending verification. Restricted data may only be processed with your consent or for legal claims or public interest. You will be informed before any restriction is lifted.
